About the President
Hi, I am E.J. Burt. I am helping the next generation by sharing my football playing and coaching experience. Born and raised in Ohio I went to college at West Liberty University. I graduated with a bachelors in graphic design and later continued my education and received a certificate in computer programming.
I was the only two-time West Virginia Conference Defensive Player of the Year in West Liberty football history. I still hold the school’s career records of 47 quarterback sacks and 74.5 tackles-for-loss.
After graduating from West Liberty, I was the 2002 af2 Lineman of the Year after recording a staggering 27.5 sacks for the Cape Fear (N.C.) Wildcats, believed to be a single-season pro football record. I enjoyed a eight-year career in the Arena Football League and hold records for quarterback sacks and forced fumbles. An AFL All-Rookie Team honoree in 2003 and a second-team All-AFL pick in 2005, I led the league in forced fumbles twice and ranked among the AFL sack leaders throughout my career.
After my playing career I have coach over 21 years including college, high school, and I am currently the Defensive Coordinator for the Orlando Predators in National Arena League.
